City of Archie Water Customers:
On Monday, February 24, 2025, beginning at 8:00AM, the water department will be performing an anticipated whole town shut down of water services in order to tie in a new six inch water line going down South Missouri Street from A Highway to Pine Street. The department will attempt to isolate the section they will be working on, but if that isn't possible, the whole town will be shut down during the tie in. Water service will be restored as quickly as possible, but we don't have a definite time. We apologize for this inconvenience, though it is necessary to move forward with the new line in our distribution system. There have been four new valves installed on this line which aid in getting us closer to preventing multiple whole town shut downs. Thank you for your patience as we work to improve our City water system.
